Prices

Prices shown are valid per night for a minimum stay of 4 days. The price includes final cleaning, electricity and heating, bed linen, bath and hand towels, fully equipped kitchen, bread service and Internet access.

The apartment is ready on arrival from 14.00 o'clock, and should be vacated no later than 09.30  o'clock.

As arrival or departure days the weekends are preferred.?

Pets are not allowed. 

Local tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. There is a daily rate of 0.90 €. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance of arranged arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made between 3 months to 4 weeks in advance of arranged arrival date incur a charge of price of 4 days of your holiday. Cancellations made within the last 4 weeks prior to arranged arrival date incur a charge of the price of 100 % of your holiday.  In case of late arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of the apartment rate.
