Prices

Prices shown are valid per night for a minimum stay of 4 days. The price includes final cleaning, electricity and heating, bed linen, bath and hand towels, fully equipped kitchen, bread service and Internet access.

The apartment is ready on arrival from 14.00 o'clock, and should be vacated no later than 09.30  o'clock.

As arrival or departure days the weekends are preferred.?

Pets are not allowed. 

Local tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. There is a daily rate of 0.90 €. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance of arranged arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made between 3 months to 4 weeks in advance of arranged arrival date incur a charge of price of 4 days of your holiday. Cancellations made within the last 4 weeks prior to arranged arrival date incur a charge of the price of 100 % of your holiday.  In case of late arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of the apartment rate. We are pleased to offer you ‘Red Rooster Cancellation Protection’ insurance package. Please find further informations in the accompanying information at the end. • Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. • The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info • The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Purpose

The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

Recipient

In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data.
